Optimal Shopping (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a price-comparison service operated as a sole proprietorship at optshopping.com. The platform aggregates publicly available retail pricing data to help users compare prices across stores. We are not a retailer and we do not sell goods.

Alpha Notice. Optimal Shopping is currently in its Alpha phase. Features, availability, and data accuracy may vary significantly. The service may be paused, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

By accessing or using Optimal Shopping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Optimal Shopping. By using this service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All prices displayed on Optimal Shopping are aggregated from publicly available sources on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantee that any price shown is accurate, current, or available at the time you visit a retailer. Prices are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice.

• Always verify the final price directly with the retailer before making a purchase.
• Prices may vary by location, membership status, promotions, or inventory changes.
• We are not responsible for any discrepancies between prices shown here and prices at a retailer.

To access certain features (such as the Smart Shopping List), you must create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use Optimal Shopping to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically extract data from our platform without prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disable, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through or in connection with the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Optimal Shopping name, logo, interface design, and proprietary software are owned by us. Retail product names, trademarks, images, and pricing data remain the property of their respective owners. Our use of retailer data is limited to publicly available information for comparison purposes only.

Optimal Shopping links to or displays content from third-party retailers. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, pricing, policies, or practices of any third-party website. Visiting a retailer's website is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPTIMAL SHOPPING AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE; (B) ANY PRICING DATA OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimal Shopping and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also stop using the service at any time by deleting your account or simply ceasing to use the platform.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via the email address on your account). Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction where the service owner operates.
